With B Secure+, you receive an extended level of repayment support that may help to cover your loan repayments if you unexpectedly lose your job, become unable to work due to an accident, or pass away (subject to the applicable terms and conditions).
In addition, B Secure+ offers the greatest flexibility in managing your loan through the customer portal. You can choose your repayment date, change your loan term, and take a principal repayment holiday (interest-only period) of up to 60 months,
All of this is available for just €29.99 per month, regardless of how many active loans you have.
Who can become a B Secure+ premium-level customer?
B Secure+ can be used by any customer who has at least one active loan with Bondora. To use B Secure+, you must agree to the terms and conditions. You can sign up for B Secure+ when you log in to your Bondora account.
How much does B Secure+ cost?
€29.99 per month. This includes all B Secure features.
Because you are a B Secure+ customer, you pay only one B Secure+ fee per month, regardless of the number of active loans you have. So whether you have one active loan or more, you pay only €29.99 per month.
When do I have to pay for B Secure+?
The €29.99 fee for B Secure+ is added to your monthly repayments. It is also charged during the interest-only period. The fee is automatically debited from your Bondora account every month on the same day as the repayment date for your active loan agreement(s).
The first fee for B Secure+ must be paid with the next repayment, regardless of whether or not changes have been made.
Always ensure that you add the correct amount to your Bondora account before your repayment date to pay for B Secure+, along with your monthly repayments and any other invoices.
How can I cancel B Secure+?
You can cancel B Secure+ at any time. Please contact our support team via this form so that we can cancel B Secure+ for you as soon as possible.
