How do I withdraw money from my account?
If you have no active loan, or if you have made a payment larger than your monthly payment due and decide you don't want to use the money for repayment, you can withdraw your money to your bank account. To withdraw money from your Bondora account, log in with your details and scroll down on your dashboard until you see this:
Please note: This screenshot is only applicable for customers with no active loans.
If you have an active loan(s), will see "€xx.xx available for withdrawal" under the SEPA-payment details.
But before you make a withdrawal order, please scroll to the top of your dashboard and ensure that there will be enough money on your account for your next repayment, e.g.:
- You can only withdraw money to the same bank account you used for your bank verification. If your bank account has changed or closed and you want to register a new account, please click here.
- You can only withdraw money to a bank account registered in your name and held at a licensed European credit institution. Please ensure your bank account details are correct before withdrawing.
- All withdrawals need to be confirmed with a PIN code sent to your registered phone number. If your phone number has changed and you have to register a new number, please click here.
If everything is in place, you can complete your withdrawal without any hassle. The money will generally be credited to your bank account the same day; however, payments made in the evenings, weekends, and holidays will be credited to your account on the next business day.
⚠️Please note: Your Bondora account does not function as a savings account, so we strongly advise that any money deposited into it is used exclusively towards the repayment of your loan installments or the loan itself.
Under no circumstances should you use your Bondora account for other purposes. Therefore, withdrawal limitations may apply if you decide to withdraw funds frequently in short periods of time or in large amounts from your Bondora account.
⚠️If there is a payment date during the week that follows a withdrawal order, the withdrawal order will be canceled.
We may block the withdrawal request if we detect suspicious behavior in a customer's transactions. If your withdrawal request is blocked, you should use the amounts in your Bondora account for your next payments or contact our customer support.
